In both Lambeth and Southwark parts of the conservation area there are huge numbers of dishes without approval.

We have the option to complete an audit and ask the council to take action. Thoughts welcome.

Lambeth has a complex set of rules, basically:

If the building is more than 15m tall, then you need planning permission for a satellite dish if:
    - there will be more than 4 dishes on the building
    - the dish will be visible from the front (whether on a wall or roof)
    - the dish will be on a chimney
    - the dish will be higher than the roofline
    - the dish will be larger than 130cm diameter

If the building is less than 15m tall, then
    - if there will be more than 2 dishes on the building
    - the dish will be visible from the front (whether on a wall or roof)
    - the dish will be on a chimney
    - the dish will be higher than the roofline
    - the dish will be larger than 100cm diameter (if it is the only dish)
    - the dish will be larger than 60cm diameter (if there are two dishes)
